- Chat conversations — your messages to the chatbot and its responses are logged. This helps us improve the chatbot and understand what questions people ask.
- Contact form submissions — if you use the contact form, your name, email, and message are stored.
- IP addresses — recorded with chat and contact submissions for security purposes.
We set a single cookie (visitor_id) to distinguish unique visitors. This is a random identifier — it is not linked to your identity and is not shared with anyone. We do not use tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party cookies. We do not track you across the web.
How we use your data
- To improve the chatbot's accuracy and usefulness
- To respond to contact form messages
- To monitor for abuse or security issues
Who has access
Your data is accessible only to the site operator and contractors working on the site. We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third party.
Chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API (Claude) for processing. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models. Under their API terms, inputs and outputs may be retained for up to 30 days for trust and safety purposes only.
Data retention
Chat logs and contact submissions are retained for as long as the site operates. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
